25 yeal old male presents after a few weeks of fainting spells.  No warning.  Here for check up.  Descirbe the ECG.

Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome.

An accessory pathway between the atria and the ventricles.  Patients tend to have recurrent episodes of tachycardia.  Look for these findings when you see patients in between episodes;

• Short PR intervals <120ms
• Wide QRS
• Delta wave (slurred upstroke QRS)
• ST-T wave changes
