The secondary survey does NOT include:
1) Reduction of dislocated major joints.
2) PR examination to check for anal tone, blood and/or ruptured urethra.
3) treatment of a tension pneumothorax.
4) a systematic head to toe assessment of the patient.
5) Observation for lacerations, contusions and bruising all over the body.
3 is NOT correct.
A tension pneumothorax should have been identified and treated in the primary survey
