27 ECG - 49 year old with chest pain and dyspnea

BP 130/80 mm/Hg.  No cardiac failure signs.  Conscious and alter.

Ventricular Tachycardia - Capture beats are seen and a likely fusion beat also.  Wide QRS complex. Regular tachycardia HR 188.  Treatment options include DCR with sedation and pharmacological options.
